At first glance, you might think that the name of the street has not changed, that it is just another of those fast food joints you have sneaked past in the South End. After crossing Interstate 485 and passing the old Eastland Mall (now the Charlotte-Mecklenburg County Convention Center), this road becomes North Polk Street, with a few more restaurants along the road.
